He explained why he was making some changes to the pipes so that should there be a clog in the future , there would be easy access to the pipe . He accommodated my work schedule which I truly appreciated . He also educated me on what to be aware of given that my house is on the bottom of a hill and there is water run off . After Roto-Rooter tried to ROOT all the money out of my pocket, I asked a more local plumber who he knew that was good with drains to get a second opinion. He said Mr Unclog hands down was the best in Westchester. A $40,000 estimate from Roto-Rooter became a simple root removal with Mr Unclog. He charged me less than Roto-Rooter charged just to LOOK at the problem without fixing it. Not to mention, Mr Unclog's team wore booties and left the basement as nice as before they came, while Roto-Rooter left droplets of pipe sludge all over the place.
